The Peimari education municipality association was founded on January 1, 2011, when the cities of Kaarina, Paimio and Parainen decided to combine their vocational education. Kaarina’s social and health education institution, the Finnish Institute of Fisheries and the Environment and Varsinais Suomen rural school were transferred to the association of educational institutions. The group of educational institutions received a new common name Ammattiopisto Livia. Livia has four locations: Kaarina, Paimio, Parainen and Tuorla.

ADMINISTRATION AND ORGANIZATION
The supreme decision-making power of the association of education councils is exercised by the association council, which has 15 members. The board of directors acts as the executive body of the association of educational municipalities. Its size is 7 people. There is a 5-member audit committee appointed by the merger council to audit the administration and finances.

Peimari’s educational community association is selling townhouses located in the area of the Parainen kalakoulu (reg. no. 1025214651 and 1025214662) approx. 700 br-m2 and 509 ht-m2. In addition to the buildings, the sale also includes a land area of approx. 8500m2, which is located in Parainen Kirjala. Property code 445-444-2-54.
